Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. 

• Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order's progress.

• Shipping costs

Standard shipping costs varies upon location and takes 5-10 business days. International shipping fees don't include taxes or duties, and may vary by region. 

• Shipping to certain locations

FAQ can ship to P.O. boxes and rural zip codes, but expedited or overnight deliveries aren't guaranteed. You can't order hazardous materials to US rural addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. 

• Missing items

If you're missing an item or your whole package, you can submit a claim. You'll need to enter your email address and order number. 

• Delivery delays

Orders may be delayed by incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays, natural disasters, and delivery restrictions. FAQ takes no responsibility for delivery delays outside of their control.
